4. I started running out of space so created Chief.Okemos.Advancement@gMail.com.
   And I am changing how I do things:
   • I've started pointing to the share (instead of eMailing) when I send things:
     • Proposals for approval
     • Fundraising Apps for approval
     • Verified Eagle apps for EBoR (remember, this is what needs to be signed!)
5. I have a tracking form for the steps through Eagle > COD Eagle tracking spreadsheet.
   • I encourage you to use the form when you complete one of the steps.
   • You can get to the form from inside (top right) the spreadsheet...
6. I also created Chief.Okemos.MBC@gMail.com for our Merit Badge Counselor Coordinator - still Kim Jacobs.
7. MCC has reorganized Advancement at the Council level.
   • MichiganScouting.org/Advancement-Contacts
   • Some things will probably be changing:
     • Format of MichiganScouting.org/Advancement
     • $1500 for fundraising?
8. Remember to please send me the EBoR signed Eagle Application to submit to MCC.
